I bought obsidian ST 2.0 and Basalt st 2.0. Got the free trailer hitch rack, which works just fine. I also ordered two of the large accessory kits which are bargain when you really look at what you get. The Basalt came with back rack, I ordered one for the obsidian. All of the accessories seem to be high-quality and installed with ease. I had a couple issues and I will say that the customer service department is excellent, quick service and very accommodating. I ordered the wrong rear rack so they sent me the light and wiring no charge charge. The bell didn’t work so they sent me a new one. All I needed to do was take a picture and I actually added a short video of the show that the part did not work correctly. Did read some negative reviews on Mokwheels customer service but they have been absolute pleasure to deal with. Just got back from a 20 mile ride in the woods with steep hills, the ride included few miles on road at full throttle with pedaling , maybe 25 to 30 miles tops on a charge riding med-hard. Unless you’re in PAS one, don’t expect to get 70-80 miles on a battery charge. I will honestly say that I didn’t ride the bike before I purchased it. A buddy of mine bought one and sold it to me over the phone. the bike is on the big side, I’m short at 5 foot 7, I can comfortably touch ground with my toes, but this bike is larger than I expected and when fully dressed with accessories is heavy. If I could do it over again, I would likely look at the Magician Alpha mini but would cost another $700. Overall great bike, finish and components look very good, very plush smooth ride. When you factor the value of the trailer hitch at $300 And a $50 per bike discount for providing email, good value for a quality product.

Nice experience! Before making my purchase, I compared several e-bikes on the market, but none stood out as much as the Basalt 2.0. After using it, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. It’s a versatile, well-built all-terrain e-bike that’s perfect for everyday riding and performs great on a variety of terrains. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality e-bike.

Both bikes came as ordered 1 had a broken clip customer service sent the part right out ! The bikes are greattrying to find more time to ride !Great bikes and customer service I highly recommend this company . Kirk

I just love the two E Bikes I purchased. Only thing is, I did not realize how big these bikes are. I still love my Mesa plus ST and my husband loves his Tor Plus. He rides it every day. He has over 200 miles. I only have about 35 miles. I'm still getting use to it cause I just had two knee replacement, but once my Knees are better, you will not get me off this bike. Will be purchasing another battery as well.
