Free shipping was appreciated. It was well packaged and reasonably easy to assemble (2 hours). I bought the Obsidian model. It looks great and is well made. However, its off-road shocks and big tires give it a tall stance that is challenging for an older rider with a 30-inch inseam. Younger and taller riders should consider it seriously. I do like the electronic controls and hydraulic brakes. I ended up ordering the step through Obsidian to avoid the threat of emasculation at every stop. I will try to sell the bro bike. Shipping it back within the two-week exchange window was a no go since disassembly and repacking was a lot more challenging than assembly. I live in a hilly area, so I appreciate the e-boost and I enjoy the easier peddling exercise needed by an old codger.

I like everything about it but the assembly directions could be more explanatory

The bike is great, fun to ride and the suspension is a game changer for off-road trails. I needed to replace the dash board (display) after about 130 miles. Mokwheel was easy to work with and they shipped one under warranty. Now the head light does not work but I replaced it with an aftermarket light. The only issue I had was with the accessory kit. They sent a helmet that did not fit my head and in order to use the saddle bag they include in the kit you need to purchase the rear rack for $99, there was no mention that the rack did not come with the bike purchase

From order to delivery, everything went very smoothly. I am happy with the bike overall. Easy assembly, parts and tools included. The only point is that it arrived with minor paint defects. I have a question, is there a repair shop that has an agreement with Mokwheel for inspections? Thank you very much!

Hallo, ich habe bis jetzt gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Mein Basalt ST war nach exakt 3 Tagen bei mir, Spediteur hat das BIKE bis zur Haustüre geliefert. Der Zusammenbau war Problemlos, das Ebike perfekt verpackt. Support reagiert innerhalb 24 Stunden. Mein Bike funktioniert einwandfrei. Alle Komponenten sind im vorfeld zu erfahren. Ich habe 1800 Euro bezahlt und kann nur sagen ich bin angenehm überrascht. 150 Euro bei Rückgabe usw. waren mir ersichtlich. Ich wollte genau so ein Ebike haben und bin angenehm überrascht wie das Bike verarbeitet wird. Ich habe mir ein Mini Kratzer bei der Montage das Korbes eingewandert, Support hat ohne Beanstandung ein Lackstift kostenlos gesendet. Das Selbige bei der Klingel die nicht perfekt Funktionierte. Sollte nach der Garantie was Defekt sein bestelle ich es direkt bei Bekannten Online Shops wo man günstig alle Ersatzteile bekommen kann. Ich habe knapp 100kg und komme wirklich überall hin mit dem Bike. Hätte ich 4-5 Tausend Euro zur Verfügung hätte ich Vielleicht auch beim Örtlichen Händler eingekauft. Ich als Elektriker tue mir beim Selbsschtauben nicht schwer. Ein Punkt Abzug weil es noch zu früh für ein abschließendes Ergebnis ist. Ich habe mich intensiv damit Beschäftigt was ich will, und habe meine Entscheidung nicht bereut. Auch sollte noch erwähnt werden das dieses Pedelek mit Drehmomentsensor ausgestattet ist was in der Preisliga eher selten ist. Ich habe ca.500 km zurückgelegt ohne den geringsten Anlass zur Beschwerde. Das ist mein 3 Ebike, davor Trekking mit Bosch Mittelmotor.

Ich kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe mir zwei Mal das Mesa Lite ST 3.0 mit zwei Zubehörpaketen gekauft, dazu gab es ein Tretroller im Wert von 699€ gratis. Die Zubehörpakete kamen bereits nach zwei Tagen an. Die beiden Fahrräder dann auch ein paar Tage später. Es wurde also alles innerhalb von einer Woche geliefert. Der Tretroller lässt noch auf sich warten, aber der ist mir sowieso nicht so wichtig. Die Fahrrader waren gut verpackt und gepolstert. Sie haben lediglich sehr kleine minimale Lackschäden am Lenker. Es wurde dazu sehr viel Zubehör und Werkzeug für die Montage geliefert. Das Handbuch hat leider den Aufbau eines anderen Modells erklärt und war nicht immer ganz deutlich. Daher war das Zusammenbauen für mich etwas kompliziert und hat mich beim ersten Fahrrad eine Stunde gekostet. Beide Fahrräder funktionieren problemlos und einwandfrei. Wie gut die Bauteile sind und wann die ersten Probleme auftauchen, wird sich mit der Zeit noch zeigen. Kontakt mit dem Support hatte ich bisher nicht, daher kann ich diesen Service nicht bewerten.

Have had bikes for a few months now. Both are fun to ride. My wife's ST had a bad shifter when we got it. After a few emails with customer support we got a replacement from MOKWHEEL about two weeks later which I installed. I also had to contact them about some accessories that were missing from the free package of stuff they sent us. They promptly apoligized and sent the missing items.
