This is not my first electric bike, but wow what an upgrade to an awesome bike with everything you need for riding in any kind of trail. Super well built and very fast and comfortable. So easy to ride, especially when getting back on the bike on a hill by using the accelerator, makes mounting so easy. Support is great too and responsive if you have questions about installation or riding.

I recently had trouble with my 2 year old bike which I had never ridden due to a series of moves. I reached out to see if Mokwheel could help me troubleshoot. Hands down, the BEST and FASTEST customer service and replies I've ever received. Isaiah was able to find the problem for me, and took immediate steps to help me fix it. He sent out the part I needed, and a few days later, my bike is up and running. Amazing service that actually left me a little speechless...THANK YOU ISAIAH!!

I had an issue with leaking brake fluid. Customer support was very responsive to my questions, thoroughly investigated my issues, and resolved the matter to my satisfaction by refunding the cost of what I paid for a new brake lever and related parts.
