Gerry Kaul

Enjoy the bike very much. I ride it around town as a bike and sometimes as a motorcycle, just depends on what I feel like doing.

After much research I based my decision to purchase a Mokwheel Obsidian on all the great reviews. Well, you can add mine to the list. I love my bike and love any opportunity to ride it, both on city streets and on trails. The bike is sure-footed, comfortable, solid, and has the level of pedal assist required for any situation. This is a great product offered at a great price. Thanks!

I purchased two Basalt ST e-bikes in August. My wife and I ride them as much as possible while weather permits. So far, we are very pleased with the construction and performance of the bikes. These e-bikes allow us to ride together and really enjoy the ride where ever we decide to go. The assembly was relatively easy. It has been gratifying to have people ask us about the bikes and give us a thumbs up on these e-bikes. The price on these bikes is well worth the bike you receive. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The experience has been excellent! Fast shipping, the quality of these bicycles is solid. Very happy that we made this purchase. We had an issue with the controller, but with outstanding communications from support, helped to resolve the problem. We showed them off to our friends and were very impressed with the quality of the bikes, who then made their own Mokwheel purchases a few weeks later.

It looks great, it drives great, it has a great reach und the price is also great! (No, they don‘t pay me - i love this bike,). Two things i can‘t evaluate: 1.) How is the customer care, support and guarantee? (1st 3 months - no problems) 2.) How is the long-term quality? Looks stable and solid - but who knows what will be in 2-3 years?
