This is my first ebike so I have nothing to compare it to, but I will say I have put two hundred miles on it so far and love it. The ordering experience was great good communication and quick shipping. I would recommend the mokwheel basalt to anyone.

PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY CONCERNS

We loved our buying experience from Mokwheel! We had some issues with delivery(Fed Ex,specifically), but that was at no fault to the company. So far, the bikes have been great! They seem to be well built, durable, and look so good! We look forward to many rides and memories with them.

The buying experience and customer service were excellent. I can’t wait to see if the bikes we purchased are the same.

My order shipped right away and I was riding it all over!!! I love this bike! So much fun. I would highly recommend to everyone, especially if your a bit older and can’t ride like you used to.

The offer was good when we decided to upgrade. We bought two e-bikes; Basalt ST. We both (husband and wife) decided to get the step thru type as we are near 70 yo and enjoy the ease of getting on the bikes. Just riding on trails, we've been stopped by walkers and other ebike riders commenting on the sturdy look in which we have given try-it rides and actually had some buy ones like it!

Order was quick and easy, assembly was also easy. Bike is a little higher than I anticipated, but practice and familiarity quickly made riding a breeze.

I purchased my wife and I a bike to use on camping trips and upland bird hunting trips for transporting our dogs in the pet carrier that came with. We were able to use them for our fall hunt and couldn't be happier. The whole process was easy and when the bikes arrived 45 minutes per bike and assembled and ready to ride. Total 5 star easy
