MokwheelReviews of mokwheel.com

I received my Mokwheel Basalt ST 2.0 on 1/13/25. It was easy to assemble and is very well built! I have contacted customer service and they have been awesome answering a few questions. I only have put a few miles on the bike because of the weather but it rides great. Very smooth and quiet. I can't until the weather improves. Thanks Mokwheel!

Easy to assemble and rides great!

I purchased two bikes for my husband and myself. The bikes are of great quality with very nice extras. The only negative for me is the bikes are big and I'm small and I'm in my 60"s.

Mein Fahrrad ist der Hammer, robust und intuitiv in der Handhabung. Der Kundenservice ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich bin froh mich für diese Firma entschieden haben.

Every step of the process was timely and efficient. I received my bike and gift (extra battery) in good working condition.

I have contact customer support twice, they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. One by phone, I needed info about their product prior to purchasing, I talked to rep within minutes and other by email which they contacted me back the same day. This concerning a broken mirror, which the correct with no hassle. Customer service is a key for me, and they seem to have that positive attitude.
