They were responsive when I had an issue with my Obsidian E Bike. They diagnosed and sent new replacement parts in a timely manner. Only issue I had was that they do not provide any instructions for installation for my model bike, instead they provided a link to a repair video for another model of e bike on how to replace the parts.

They were quick to respond, got my part to me (under warranty) and it was the correct part. They did neglect to send any instructions or video link (as promised) so it was a bit difficult to figure out. The part was the key lock for the battery compartment. It was a bit tricky figuring out how to get the old part out with the battery still locked in. But overall, I was very happy with the service and I love my Basalt bike.

Bic had bent fork and rear rack when sent to me. That’s not good but response in getting me parts to repair has been good. Quick response time.

Very happy with the quality of the two ebikes we purchased. My only complaint is with the tires. They are very thin and susceptible to small punctures.

The Mokwheel Obsidian 2.0 is an impressive e-bike that delivers plenty of torque and speed for trail riding. It feels solid and well-built, and the power delivery is smooth and responsive—especially on flat or moderate terrain. It’s a great bike for cruising dirt paths and light off-road routes where you can really enjoy the motor’s punch and the comfortable ride. That said, it does struggle a bit on steeper hills, especially if you’re expecting the same level of assist you get on flatter ground. It’ll still get you there, but you’ll likely find yourself helping it along with some extra pedaling. Overall, the Obsidian 2.0 is a blast to ride and feels like a great value for its performance and quality. It’s a solid 4-out-of-5 from me—powerful, fun, and reliable, just not quite the mountain-climbing beast some riders might expect.

My wife and I are generally happy with the bikes. I got the Obsidian and she got the Basalt ST. We each got a kit of add-ons and we got a child seat that mounts onto the rear rack. The actual performance and power of the bikes has been great and they are really fun to ride. The assembly was tedious and pretty time consuming to do at home without a bike stand, but manageable if you are handy. The assembly instructions that came with the bike were not very helpful, but there were some videos we found on the website that got us across the finish line. The child seat was not compatible with the rear rack that came on the Basalt, and the Obsidian did not come with a rear rack (even though the add-on package included a saddle-bag for one...) The instructions for operating the controls were almost non existent and I had to find a youtube video to figure out how to access the settings menu since it was not very intuitive.

My friend and I purchased the basalt mokwheel bike and we love it. The only issue we have is the bracket that holds the speedometer screen was cheaply designed. Both of ours broke where the screws go in. We recommend your bike to everyone we talk to, but warn them about this part. Other than that excellent bike.

I think this is a great bike. We bought it to get from one camp site to another. However, The batteries do not go as far as was advertised. Which is normal with most anything. Unless you are on flat paved ground. Which we never are, we like dirt and trails The obsidian is great for trail riding. So we bought an extra battery for both of our bikes.
