MokwheelReviews of mokwheel.com

Fast service and shipping. Bike and accessories were well packed and instructions were really clear. Bought 2 bikes and love them!

Easy to assemble! Love being able to get out and ride a bike again. No more knee pain because of the assist and when I get tired I can go full electric. My husband was so impressed with mine he bought one too!

We bought 2 bikes during the labor day special and absolutely love them! We purchased the basalt 2.0 and they are amazing!

So appreciate the quick email response from support for 2 separate issues I had with my Basalt ST. It just simplifies trying to look for the correct parts and they’ve waived the shipping cost on my second order. Thanks

I received great technical support regarding doing a repair of my bike. Ordering parts was easy.

I just read their troubleshooting guide, and did as asked and within 30 minutes the issue was diagnosed and parts sent. Very fast, very easy and very helpful. Great bikes

Excellent support staff

Absolut verdient 5 Sterne – weiter so!
