I bought the Flint Pro and am very happy with it. I still like to do a lot of the work but as an older rider I really like the power to get up and over hills I had previously given up on, the feeling of that extra help is great! I would have liked a little higher gear ratio for the flat, having to pedal really fast to keep up the speed I like. Very happy that the light bike weight allows me to haul it up and down steps by hand.

Bike has been doing great so far. Been using it for travel, and it has also survived a crash! Only complain I have would be the tires, from experience, the stock tires punctured the tubes every time I rode. Might be something to look into.

We purchased two bikes at the same time from Mokwheel. While we had 5-6 problems initially, Mokwheel did respond quickly each time and we were mostly satisfied with the results. The two bikes (Obsidian and Tarmac) are working well for our needs. Miles per battery charge have been surprisingly high for us.

I am over all satisfied with the company except there pesty begging for a review. Good products. Deliveried in a timely fashion. Enjoying the ride.

If I remember correctly, there may have been some mix-up in delivery (since I had ordered 2 bikes with various accessories). But, customer service did well to communicate and resolve. The only issue I have now is whether/how to charge the extra power pack(not extra battery) -- doesn't appear a charging cable or other info was provided ... just the charger pack and maybe the carrying pouch. Actual riding has gone pretty well so far ... it's winter time and so only been on the bike a few times. It's peddle-assist and so I am at satisfactory speed when peddling uphill and in the straightaways. Thank goodness I had someone assemble the bike -- highly recommended!

First off I am 63, and have 3 other ebikes from several brands currently. My wife and I, ride approximately 1500 miles a season. This tarmac is, really so far a very nice riding and looking ebike. The marketing online stated this bike had both cadence and torque. All my other ebikes are cadence only. So I know this bike doesn't do cadence, not in my opinion anyway. Still fit and finish are great. Rides nice, good brakes, very comfortable riding position. I am using the stock seat too. Riding on pas 3, I got approximately 35 miles before the battery was started to fade to two bars. Could have gone a little farther, but not much. I have just under 100 miles, in three weeks. So far so good out of the box no issues. Resetting the riding time, and trip aren't as easy as it is on several of my other ebikes. In the end, great bike, and one of my favorite rides so far. Very comprehensive, and nice tool kit was also included in the box.

Good customer service to replace a faulty screen. Only needed the bracket as the plastic broke over time, but it was all one piece so they sent the screen with the bracket. Kind of a poor design as it's not modular. Thankfully this was still under warranty.
