MokwheelReviews of mokwheel.com

Could not be more thrilled with the fantastic customer service of this company, especially Isaiah and Ellery. We had an issue with our bike from the beginning and they sent us part after part and suggestions for 2 years to try to fix the problem. They eventually ended up replacing the bike. I would highly recommend this company.

“We bought 3 Mokwheel e-bikes for our family, and we absolutely love them! My husband and son enjoy riding them every day. The bikes are comfortable, powerful, and very fun to ride. The quality exceeded our expectations, and the battery life is great. We’ve had an amazing experience so far and would definitely recommend Mokwheel to anyone looking for reliable and fun e-bikes for the whole family!”

Bought this bike based on information from a friend. My son has loved this bike. He is was excited to have all different options to accessorize it. It is fast and sturdy. It was easy to assemble. We will definitely be getting a lot of long rides on each battery charge.

Great experience, once my color became available shipped in a timely matter . Did touch base couple of times with customer service to correct my email and they very helpful. The bike it self was easy to assemble, rides awesome , no complaints . Keep up the good work Mok Wheel !!

I enjoy my belt driven Flint Pro Sport. Mokwheel was helpful answering my questions on this new style bike. Less shifting and rides like a real bike. It is has been a joy to ride.

I love my new e-bike so far!

I absolutely love my basalt st. I rode it to town 15 miles the other day and the wind picked up with 50 mph gusts and it didn’t even move the bike. The bike arrived in 2 days in great condition well packed, and I received a call a few weeks later checking to make sure everything was working good and that I was happy with the bike. Excellent bike, excellent customer service.

The bike seems nice. The order arrived in a timely manner and was easy to assemble.
