MokwheelReviews of mokwheel.com

Good service and answer all my question. And sent parts with ease so far the bike performs well

Good Support !

The bikes are awesome and the customer service is top notch. Thank you for a great product and keeping us riding.

I've purchased two of the Obsidian 2.0 from them. There have been very few problems with either of them. Of those few problems Mokwheel has gone out of their way to fix them. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quality bike with quality customer service.

excellent and quick customer service

Great bikes, great customer service, great value. I contacted customer service when one of the bike controllers arrived damaged (from transit). I had a replacement part in a few days and they called and emailed to follow up and make sure the piece got the bicycle up and running.

Bought my wife and I mokwheel asphalt bikes. I had a problem with my motor. Called customer service and they sent me a new rear wheel complete with motor! We love our bikes and would highly recommend them. We get lots of compliments on our bikes as they are really nice looking. Great quality and were delivered very quickly.
