Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear Mojo didn't meet your expectations. Neighborhood Search is designed to help users build targeted prospecting lists by searching residential areas on a map using property-specific filters. It isn't intended to function as a single-address lookup tool, that's exactly what our Skip Tracer service is designed for. We reviewed your account history and see that after using Neighborhood Search for one month, you continued with a Skip Tracer subscription, which is the service best suited for researching individual property addresses. Regarding refunds, Mojo is a prepaid, month-to-month service. As outlined in the Terms & Conditions accepted during signup. While we don't offer free trials, customers have the flexibility to build their own plan with our menu pricing and can change or cancel any service before the next billing date to avoid future recurring charges. We appreciate your feedback and wish you continued success in your prospecting efforts.
