I have been using Mojo for many years and truly enjoy it. It has been a very valuable tool for my real estate business because it helps me connect with sellers who may be interested in selling their homes. I have never used another dialer besides Mojo, and overall, I have been very satisfied with the service. My only complaint is that the home sales price information is no longer available. The feature used to be very helpful. I hope you will bring it back. Thank you

We did take a look at your account and noticed that your property data is not coming from a Mojo Lead Store subscription. Because of that, the change you're seeing with home sales price information would be something to check with your current data provider.
If you ever want to explore Mojo's data, we'd love for you to take a look at our options. Neighborhood Search, for example, includes AVM(Automated Valuation Model) data to help with property valuation, along with property and homeowner data that can be used for prospecting.

Excellent Service That Needs a Couple More Refinements to Earn Five Stars
Mojo is an excellent platform that combines a powerful dialer with a robust, feature rich CRM. However, there are two areas I would like to see improved.
First, Mojo currently offers single line and three line subscriptions, but no two line option. Paying for three lines when I only need two feels wasteful. Adding a two line tier would provide better value and flexibility.
Second, there is an ongoing issue with the callback feature. Occasionally, Mojo calls a number back and appears to hang while endlessly trying to connect. The only way to resolve it is to cancel the calls and restart the dialer. Even when the callback connects, it often reaches voicemail. I would appreciate an option to disable callbacks so that if the first attempt does not connect, the dialer simply moves on to the next number.
Aside from these two issues, my experience with Mojo has been very positive. I particularly like the League, call tracking, goal setting tools, and other performance features. They make it easy to monitor my activity, stay accountable, and work toward specific prospecting goals.
Over the many years I have used Mojo, I have rarely experienced problems with the system. Overall, it has been very reliable. On the rare occasions when broader technical issues occurred, Mojo kept users informed and let us know that the team was actively working on a resolution.
I have also found the call quality to be good. For the best results, I recommend using wired headphones instead of Bluetooth to minimize noise and distortion, along with a stable and reliable internet connection.
Customer service is another strong point. The support team is easy to reach during business hours, and I have never waited longer than five minutes to speak with someone.
Mojo has improved substantially over the years, with many useful features added and a team that continues to refine the system. I have never felt the need to switch or even seriously consider an alternative. With these two additional refinements, Mojo would earn a full five stars from me.

We're glad to hear that features like the Prospecting League, call tracking, goal setting, reporting, and our support team have continued to provide value over the years.
Your feedback about a two-line dialing option is also appreciated. Mojo currently offers Single Line and Triple Line dialing, but we understand why a middle option could be appealing for certain prospecting styles.
We also have some good news regarding callbacks. The ability to turn off callbacks is currently in development. We understand that not every user wants the dialer to make another attempt, and this option will give users more control over how they want their dialing sessions to operate.
