Like many customers Paid $149 for repair of my ECM. Sent part they said bad chip and could not be fixed. Wanted $250 for a refurbished one. Total shake down. Finally part was returned no sign the ECM was ever taken apart nor tested. Many other customers with same scam. Steer clear.

Just wow and just wow . I’m so glad this guy didn’t get my PCM. I was emailing him about having it repaired I called his number that he gave in his email no answer then I called the number on there website and someone answered and I said I called another number no answer and he started immediately cussing me out calling me a a** hole . I just said no way am I going to be sending you my module for repair. Then I did a google search for reviews and saw all these I’m so glad I didn’t send it to them . They seem to be a shame operation !

THIS COMPANY KNEW THE MODULE WAS NOT FIXABLE FROM THE BEGNINNING AND NOTHING WAS SAID UP FRONT, JUST SEND IT IN AND PAY THE $164.00 AND THEN ASKED FOR ANOTHER $699.00 TO SUPPLY ANOTHER UNIT. I FOUND ONE FROM A LONGTIME VENDOR LAID FOR $200.00 DON'T THINK THIS COMPANY IS DOING THE PUBLIC A FAIR DEAL. VERY UNHAPPY WITH MODULE EXPERTS. ONE STAR IS NOT LOW ENOUGH, WATCH OUT DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. PRIDE AUTOMOTIVE INC.

Sent my 2004 silverado ABS Module in because of code P0265 which is a ground code they told me it was not repairable and that a remfacture module would cost me an additional $349 on top of the $164 i paid for the diagnostic you can by one from rock auto for $233. Go a rude email saying it was a mistake not to buy it from them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SENDING THEM ANYTHING......

I made the mistake of trusting this company. They said they were unable to repair my bcm and I would need a replacement. $500 plus shipping and it didn't work. They said they would clone it and it would be plug and play. There was more problems with it than the old one. I sent it back and they sent another one. That one had different problems. Now I have to take it to the dealer and hope they can solve the problems Moduleexperts has caused. Stay away from them.

These guy took my ECM and Payment then request another $1.2k stating that they need to clone it when previously they stated that they can repair it. after waiting for tracking and response for a week, the phone number is incorrect as dialed. They wanted fees for tell me something that I've already known. Its unfortunate that I didnt see all these review before. It's sad that business like these are published online to take advantage of people.

I really wish i had read this before sending my part to these clowns. Fake technician didn’t even respond with any information about why they couldn’t fix my module. My module was returned in a plain box with no receipt and no explanation from them of anything that was done (nothing)obviously.My Abs module clearly shows no signs that it was ever opened .I received a $60 partial refund of $240. Please don’t make the same mistake I made you will regret it.
