The 2010 Nissan xterra ran fine, wouldn’t start in cold weather so I thought I’d help this single mom out, called module experts “oh yeah , comman problem, give us 250 plus return shipping and will be ready to go for ya! So 5 days later ME calls back , computer is bad , but we found one for 900 and we’ll roll the 250 into the 900 to save you money….SCAM!! Told them to send it back, bar code ripped off computer and computer would no longer start car along with no analyzer connection which I had before . This has caused so much headache, leave it to the self serving mindless grey mass, I m going to ask my attorney if a class action lawsuit could be used here. This company is not worth the risk

I have volvo xc70 09 my bcm was no good I call them in the said give them up front around 200$ in week later they said I need a new one in it will take a week a gain after that I called back in hang-up the telephone ☎️ every time I left a message no one called me in very rude people I had a nuff of them I called credit card got back my money I should when to volvo for it thay are a big scumbag people in trick you out to buy another one in it not working properly

Company I never received a response from their online request form and when I called to inquire was greeted by a rude SOB that said that they don't repair BCM's and he could not help me. When I asked why it states otherwise on the web site I was told he doesn't care what the web site says he can't help me and hung up. Total B.S Scam company.

was taken for just like everyone else, quoted price to repair, they said it needed replaced, quoted replacement price, payment sent in, recieved unworking module back no receipt, no description of repair work done, why they can continue to stay in business is beyond comprehension based off all the fraud, stealing this company does.

As one can tell from the countless reviews, I am another who can testify to how utterly worthless these people are. Someone blew up when I asked questions about a module repair for a family members car. They ranted about how they didn't want to fix it because of its age, and hung up...I called back, angry, got someone else, and the show continued. After I hung up, this fool took the time to call me back to keep it going. Then the coward blocked my number. Scared, are you? Anyway, looks like their business can't produce a working module, from the looks of the reviews. Check out the BBB site on them too...same stories. Wow, is all I can say. Hopefully these lazy bums go out of business soon. Between the quality of work (or lack of) and the customer "service", I would think it won't be too much longer. Their email address probably doesn't work, or they've gotten rid of it from the high traffic... so likely they'll never see this.
