⚠️ SCAM !!

Dont buy it
Seemed super excited about the bottle. First time i dropped it from 0,5 meter onto grass the glass core bottle broke. So it feels nice. But dont drop it ever. And the user guides are shit. Just because a person wears white gloves. Doesnt make it good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I want to first start off by saying I am very disappointed in this service and my order (s). The company is very unprofessional; there is no way to contact them; there communication is trash and I am pissed I ever ordered from this company. I ordered 4 water bottles your company and all of them (the first 3) came incomplete. They were for (2) two birthdays and they all arrived incomplete! This is embarrassing for you to be such a large and growing company with these types of mistakes! Now my girlfriend and my sisters WILL not have there gifts. I am going to leave a very serious and honest regarding my experience with your company. I am very frustrated and I will let anyone know who is interested in purchasing these bottles how they treat their customers.

Hi Johnny, First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced. I completely understand how upsetting it is to receive incomplete gifts—especially when they were meant for such special occasions like birthdays. We truly dropped the ball here, and I’m really sorry that this has impacted you and your loved ones. This is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have with our brand. While we’re still a small and growing team, that’s no excuse for the issues you faced with communication and fulfillment. We take full responsibility and we’re working to correct this immediately. Please send me your order number or reply to this message so I can personally check what caused this to happen. Just let us know what would help make this right. We truly appreciate your honesty and the chance to fix things. Your feedback is being taken seriously and shared with our entire team so we can improve. Looking forward to your reply so we can resolve this fully.

Tried to cancel my order several times…
Tried to cancel my order several times and they would not. Then I never got my order and they refused to refund me my money. Horrible customer service and thieves! Do not buy from them! Update: They sent me the bottle that I don't want anymore so I'm trying to send it back. Their website states "If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." They accepted my return but told me they DO NOT cover the cost of shipping returns. This has been a truly horrible experience with this company. Their website says one thing and they turn around and do another. Complaint filed with the FTC.

Never received my order
Order placed in March. Contacted in April and informed bottle would ship and I'd be notified. Nothing since then. Sent another email requesting reimbursement. No acknowledgement. Can't speak to the product but customer service is horrible.

Hi Carter, I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and you’re absolutely right to expect better. We did run into unexpected fulfillment delays earlier this year. While our team has been working hard to catch up and improve our systems, that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or support. We’re still a small team and currently a bit backed up, but we’re actively scaling our support capacity to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’ll make this right — whether that’s a full reimbursement or shipping your bottle immediately, whichever you prefer. Just let us know what works best for you. Thank you for your patience, and again, our sincere apologies. — Alex Founder, ModularBottle

Took money and dissapeared
I ordered 2 bottles @ $120.80, and received one. When I emailed asking where the other bottle was, they replied they were having stock shortage and will take 1-2 weeks. I waited 2 months and emailed again, they have disappeared, with no reply. Very unprofessional. Don’t order!
Response from ModularbottleJul 16, 2025
I’m really sorry for this — not just for the delay, but for the lack of follow-up and clarity. You ordered two bottles and only received one, and it’s unacceptable that you’ve been left waiting this long without proper communication. We did face a stock shortage during that time, but that doesn’t excuse going silent. This is something we’re actively working to fix internally as we grow, so this kind of experience doesn’t happen again. If this hasn't been sorted already i will personally escalated your case (just please DM your order number) , and we’ll either ship the missing bottle right away or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. Please just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll get it sorted ASAP. Thank you for your patience, and again — my sincere apologies. — Alex Founder, ModularBottle

Terrible business practice.
They require information in your order and I never received any kind of confirmation. I spent a week trying to get any answer while trying to get a confirmation. The only way they got back to me was threatening to report them to the BBB. I wanted them to cancel my order and refund my money, but like other companies I’ve had issues with, they lied saying its already going out, and still didn't provide any confirmation or anything to stall while they try and get past my request. Absolute disgraceful business practice.

Hi there, We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced — that’s not the kind of experience we ever want for our customers. We’re a small but growing team, and while that’s no excuse, it sometimes leads to delays in communication as we scale. We absolutely do not intend to stall — there can be a delay between when an order is sent for processing and when we receive tracking details from our shipping partner. We’re actively expanding and training our support team to prevent these gaps. Wishing you all the best, Alex – The TMB Team
