I’m sure this isn’t your fault but delivery was delayed a day ;they arrived in 90° heat not really cold a bit cool to the touch so I wrote to ask if I could freeze them because I usually do ; friends are telling me to toss them that they’re probably not safe. I put them in the refrigerator. I mean the ice bags were liquefied and the six meals were Sort of cool not cold

3 weeks in, expecting 4th week today: Overall quality of meals is quite better than Trifecta. Free shipping to Hawaii? Invaluable! UPS dropped the ball on 3rd week order, arrived 4 days late, couldn't use. ModifyHealth customer service was quick to respond and refund the order, even over the weekend. Happy customer so far!

Food was tasty & delivery was prompt. Customer service was very helpful & courteous. Gave me a retro active discount when I placed an order online & didn't see the email offering 20% off. I like that you can quit & start back up without a subscription plan & a 6 meal a week minimum is reasonable. My only complaint is that all the meals say 3-5 minutes in the microwave, so I have overcooked several meals.

1) You can only get a delivery on a Friday, and you don't have time to see if you like what you got before having to confirm the next weeks delivery on Saturday the following day. 2) You can't rate the meals you get. Some of the meals are not good and some are decent... it would be nice to know what other people thought and how they rate the food. 3) The menu rarely ever changes. 4) They are expensive TV dinners that cost 3x what they would at the store..... and for the price you pay for them... the issues of 1-3 should be addressed.
