The staff at Modify Health is beyond excellent! They are polite, patient and friendly. I have needed to call several times not because of any problems on their end, but questions I had in setting up an account as a gift for a family member living in another state. They walked me through each step and made sure everything was as I needed it. The meals have arrived on time and my family member told me they are delicious! Thank you so much Laura and all your staff who have made this so easy for me, you are the best!

I'm very disappointed in the quality and taste of the meals. I have one more delivery this week and I will be cancelling my enrollment.

I have tried both their low fodmap and their mediterranean plans. The food is tasty, and delivery is reliable. I get a weekly reminder to confirm my meal choices, and it's also easy to skip a week if I need to. I just wish there could be more variety in the meal choices. One problem: It is extremely difficult to get the plastic wrap off the top of the food. My hand is disabled, and I can't do it. Even my husband struggles with it. A different approach to sealing or covering the dish would be worthwhile.

We’ve enjoyed all our meals so far. We like that they have lower sodium content but still taste great. We also like that they arrive fresh but can be frozen.

The meals are delicious and my stomach is happy with the low fodmap and dairy free options! So far I'm really pleased with this meal service!

The process is very user friendly. The food is good and the very filling. There are a couple entries I didn't care for. The steak was over cooked and was like eating jerky. The Maui fish is good, but when it is placed into the containers, it was put on top of the potatoes and the potatoes tasted like fish.

Can’t open the vacuum seal. The menu doesn’t add new dishes or change the menus

Food is fantastic. Please consider breakfast with egg whites instead of just eggs.
