It's only been a week, but the food's been wonderful. And it's helping me keep with my eating plan.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. The food is just not edible We tried it two night and had to throw both out. The second night we tried the chicken with carrots and potatoes. The chicken was dry and so tough it was impossible to cut with a steak knife. The carrots were like pieces of rubber. Even if this is FODMAP...taste and the ability to cut the main course should be present. Don't waste your money on this company!

IBS food is very good, but could use more vegetables. I had a terrible month long bout of acute IBS and ended up in the hospital for a week, when I got home I was to weak to cook, after researching info on IBS, I found your company through Monash University. I’ve had no flare ups since eating your food. Thank you so much.

The meals are varied, tasty, and nutritious. Service always prompt.

I'm very happy with service

Makes it easier to follow a strict fodmap elimination diet. I'm only leaving 3 stars because the texture for most of the meals could be much better. Also, I have arthritis and the meals are nearly impossible to open. Flavor is pretty good considering it is such a restricted diet.

Great company who prepares delicious meals for any dietary needs. I would definitely recommend their services. I order meals for my aunt who had a recent hospitalization and unable to prepare her own meals. She is now capable of cooking but prefers the delicious meals prepared by ModifyHealth. While it is tasty and healthy food for her, it gives me peace of mind, knowing that she is eating well.
