I ordered 4 chairs th en turned around and ordered 2 more for my outdoor dining table. The chairs were on back order, I was kept in the loop for shipping and delivery. 1 chair was damaged in transit and the issue was resolved immediately. I recommend Modholic for their customer service and quality. Definitely recommend and would purchase from them again.

The chairs were delivered when I was not home. The two boxes were damaged and two chair tops were completely protruding from one about 12"! When I tracked the delivery, the UPS driver did not take a photo as is usually the case with damaged boxes. They only take photos when boxes are in good shape! When I tried to call UPS I was unable to get through to a live person. So I called Modholic's number and a real person answered, told me not to worry, but to take my own photos and then open the boxes and take photos of any damage to chairs. I was not to worry because they would immediately replace the damaged chairs. Turned out that when I opened the boxes, despite the boxes' damages, the chairs were fine. The customer service is GREAT! The chairs are beautiful and exactly as I remembered them from my last visit to Sicily and the outdoor cafes and retaurants.
