Ordered 4 chairs first week of December 2024 that showed as "in stock" After they charged my credit card, I received a message that they were delayed in transit with an ETA of 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I inquired and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Still no chairs but my credit card bill was on time! At this point I think the furniture may be purely imaginary. I will be seeking corrective action promptly.

Order 53268 ordered 6 chairs. Received 4. one is damaged with glue on the back, one is broken. It is impossible to get the customer service on the phone. Regardless of the time of the day, the message is: you have reached us outside of business hours. The chat assistant is not available. First time dealing with this company, not a pleasant experience.

BEWARE - DO NOT BUY THIS STORE IS A SCAM. This store is presumably one of those prevalent Chinese stores that send fake products late and provide no customer service. I thought I read reviews on Trustpilot, but I expect those are fake: My four chairs that I ordered in mid June didn't arrive until October 1. I emailed several times on status, and did get responses. I never received the shipping notice as promised and they suddenly arrived one evening - the boxes were open, one was damaged, one was missing, and all of them were cheap matter plastic, not the sleek shiny black shown. Now they are not answering on my requests for return. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY THIS STORE IS A SCAM.

Ordered dining room chairs on June 29th, on July 1 received notification that there would be a slight delay with ETA being -6 weeks out. No problem! I can totally understand large, international shipments being difficult to manage. I reached out 2 weeks in and they confirmed we were 3-4 weeks out from delivery. Great! Right on time. 4 weeks later, I have heard nothing. I reach out to confirm that my dining chairs should theoretically be arriving any day now and nope. They are somehow still 3-4 weeks out from delivery. Okay, this is getting weird, but I understand. We are now 2.5 weeks later and I've heard nothing from the Modholic team. I have called 5 times just in the past day with no response and will now have to file a clawback from my credit card company for $800. Definitely avoid.

I ordered the Soho Coffee Table in March 2024 for approximately $500. It was said to arrive in 3-4 weeks. It is now August 2024 and it has still not been shipped. Modholic has not attempted to contact me with any updates or explanation. When I reach out, they say it's an "import" issue. I would not trust this brand if I were you.

Placed an order for wave chairs. Website said estimated delivery in 3-4 days. A few hours later I received an email that says they won’t ship for 4-5 weeks. They have already charged my card. Kid on the phone sounded nervous and uninformed. I am making him follow up with the warehouse, but will cancel my order if that time frame is accurate. This seems to happen a lot. Lure you I. With a good price but can’t deliver the product

we ordered two of the white tulip dining chairs. The box literally had holes in it, it looks like it was dropped out of a plane and taped back up 1 million times. I have never seen a delivery box in such poor shape. Of course there were piles of dirt inside, and the chairs were white and very dirty. I sent pictures of the very beat up box and the dirty chairs. About five emails later ( which is taking up my time to deal with this) they are telling me to package the chairs back up in the original box!!!! that would literally be impossible. It is all ripped up. This is crazy, hopefully there is a space on this website to post photos. It would be impossible to reuse this box. Plus, I sent pictures of the dirty chairs and they still want me to deal with packaging it up and And bringing it to a shipping place that's crazy !! Horrible customer service. Would never order again. lastly, the customer service rep. I've been dealing with nose that we are stressed out because I told her we are in the middle of a move and I didn't have time to deal with all this, so this is the way they respond?

Very unprofessional team. We placed an order for a bed about a month ago and still product is not delivered. After so many messages finally I got their response that due to their vendor issue they are late in getting product ready on time. Post this message I have again asked for latest update but no response. Want to wait and watch for few days then I may take some forced measure against them. Delay is ok but to not to respond to customer is not ok.
