Customer service is out of this world GOOD! Not only are they fast to respond in a world where customer service is lacking, but they’re friendly and helpful. As for the rings, don’t tell my husband but I like the Modern Gents a little more than my wedding rings. Shhh, it’ll be our little secret. So shiny and delicate and affordable. As a seasoned bride, I’d tell others to save the money for something else (car, house, trip, etc) and go for Modern Gents!

The customer service is so attentive. They answer back in a timely manner & are quick to fix our problems/concerns. I ended up having to return the ring twice because it wasn’t fitting perfectly but they are so nice about it & the exchanges are hassle-free! Literally one of the BEST customer service from an online business. Very impressed! Also, the ring quality is so gorgeous. Just wanted to give this review because they deserve that recognition✨

The ring I chose is absolutely stunning! I ended up having to exchange for a smaller size which has been an easy process. The Modern Gents customer service has been phenomenal! I even needed to change my shipping address and they accommodated me promptly. I can’t wait to get the ring back to flaunt it!

I ordered a 7.5 (based off a ring size chart I found online) and turns out I'm more like a 6! Not sure how I could have messed that up so badly! LOL. I immediately followed the return instructions and immediately received an email back! Great customer service, great quality jewelry, so pretty and perfect for vacation!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their product.
