Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

Nice rings! Fast shipping, very helpful customer service

I had two different issues, both my fault. I had trouble finding o it how to correct these issues so I resorted to email them directly, asking how I could get these issues resolved. Typically a company will instruct you on how to go about this process, however, modern gents was able to use common sense and deductive reasoning, something that other companies need to learn. Modern gents took the information that I gave them and just corrected these issues almost IMMEDIATELY. I was extremely pleased with how easy they made this process.

I have bought three different rings from Mod Gents and have had great luck with them. All rings are beautiful. Recently a ring I had purchased in March 2022 had grown sort of cloudy and not as shiny anymore by December 2022. I tried to clean it based on their recommendations on the website but it didn't seem to help. I then reached out to them and sent photos. They responded quickly to me. All I had to do was send back the item, and they send me a brand new one back in the mail. It's absolutely gorgeous, and having now used the lifetime warranty I can say it's for real. I really appreciate their help and the quality from the company.

This is outstanding company. I really love the rings I have 6 of the rings just beautiful.

I ordered The Claire ring to add to my collection . This ring is by far my most favorite purchase yet! The quality and the actual cut of the stone make it absolutely undistinguishable from a diamond . I ordered a 6.5 but really needed a 7. The exchange process and customer service are second to none. Order this ring you will love it like I do. Customer for life ! No need to spend large amounts on jewelry anymore this company sells the best!

I received “The Grace” ring, and it is absolutely beautiful. I love the fact that Modern Gents is affordable, because it definitely gives everybody a chance to walk around with a beautiful ring on their finger, and something to be proud of without breaking the bank.. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future:)
