After an error on my part by ordering the wrong size, I requested an exchange in which I was issued a store credit due to low inventory on the item (different size) I requested. The same day the store credit was issued, I received an email that stated they were able to locate the the size/style I requested and shipped it the next day. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a customer for life.

Modern Gents is an absolutely amazing company. I ordered 2 rings from them and one lost a stone very early on and it took me longer than the normal time to send it back because I had my son early and they still accepted my exchange. They have been so accommodating throughout the entire process. Definitely will be a long time customer!

The best decision I ever had. I got the Woodsman ring as my birthday gift for my boyfriend now fiancé and the ring still looks really polished and new. I absolutely love my Elena ring from Modern Gents. I wanted to get a ring for myself, and wanted something that wouldnt break the bank, especially during these times, but I wanted something that made me feel amazing wearing it, and the Elena ring crossed off all the boxes for me. It looks like a real diamond and shines even better then my ring with real diamonds in it. No one can tell that's its not a real diamond. I get compliments about how great it looks and sparkles. I would recommend these rings to anyone and everyone. I will be buying myself another ring in the future :)

My husband wanted to take my wedding rings to get cleaned, and I didn't want to be without something on my finger when he did that. I ordered the Elena and a simple band on Saturday February 18th, and received my order by Tuesday, February 21st. Shipping was quick! I opened my order and showed the rings to my husband who stated "Those look nicer than the ring I got you!" The sparkle on this ring is amazing. The only downside I have is that it's a little big on my finger, but that was because I ordered a slightly larger size to go over my knuckle. So I cannot fault them for that.
