Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

I recently purchased a wedding set after having a negative experience with Brilliant Earth on a $4000 engagement ring. I got a wedding set for $200 with Mod Gents and it’s stunning. I believe it’ll be very durable, I love their lifetime warranty, shipping was quick. Overall super happy and recommend. I wanted something worry free, I can wear for the rest of my life and I found it.

Modern Gents was a dream to deal with. They had excellent communication from the beginning and my set of rings arrived faster than promised. The quality of ring is as high as they advertised and its shine/glitter is amazing. Overall an excellent company with a top grade product.

ModGents is AWESOME! My fiance and I purchased "The Koa" men's band and its BEAUTIFUL! We had such a great experince with this company, and WILL be returning if we hae any other needs that they are able to meet. We acidentally ordered the wrong size thei first time, and it was beyond simple to replace with the corrct sizing. You do have to pay for your return shipping label when exchanging but, at least for me, a fisrt class label was only 6 bucks! Not bad at all in my opinion. Great company, great products. 10/10!!

I love my Modern Gents rings! I had an issue with my rings, but the wonderful customer service reps took care of me and repaired/replaced my rings with no issues! I have them back now and I am thankful! I highly recommend this company for beautiful, non expensive, and worry free jewelry! Thank-you!

I have now purchased two rings from modern gents and both are gorgeous! I gave my engagement ring to my son so he could use the stones at ordered a replacement from modern gents. I could not love it more. I liked it so much that I ordered another one. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE 6/9/2023- after writing my initial 2 star review, Modern Gents reached out to me to rectify the product. They sent me a replacement ring and it has not disappointed! It’s beautiful, sparkly and looks like a real diamond. I received the replacement three days ago and I have gotten so many compliments! Thank you Modern Gents I had to sell my ring to help cover some unforeseen expenses. I found Modern Gents and compared to other diamond alternative companies. I even read the reviews on this and other forums. I decided to purchase the Bliss set with the Zoey accent band. When it arrived it felt differently than my original set. Understandable as this is not a diamond or lab created diamond in any way. However, after 4 days of owning the ring, not even one full day of wearing it, the stone is cloudy and doesn’t have the sparkle that others refer to. I will have to wait to afford a replacement ring and just beware of the “Tik Tok made me buy it” trends.

My friends and I bought the same friendship ring (Lovely) and had the best shopping experience. Some of us had to cancel our initial order and reorder. We received a cancellation and refund response under 24 hours. Good customer service still exists! We’ve ordered more since and will keep on shopping!

Made a mistake during ordering and emailed CS to correct it—nearly immediately received a response it was corrected and saw a confirmation to my order with the corrections. Fantastic customer service in a day that companies point to email inboxes and they can go unresponded to indefinitely. ModGents wins loyalty of this customer by how easy it is to do business with them.
