I ordered some items from Modern Gents on Sunday and then immediately realized I made a mistake. They don't answer on Sundays, but I sent an email asking if they could refund me. The next morning, bright and early (for me, at least), they answered me back. Courteous and concise, they said "That is not a problem" and that they canceled the order and refunded me. Great service without wasting time!
