Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

I have gotten 4 rings from here, I am definitely a repeat customer. They really worked with me when I forgot to put in the discount code, just very engaging and concerned. Very honest and reliable. The rings are gorgeous and brilliant. I will continue my business with them for all my ring needs. So pleased.

Modern Gents treats their clients like close friends/family. It’s the way the choose to communicate that differentiates them from other jewelry retailers. I have exchanged two different rings with ease. They have even accommodated a last minute address change request so I can have my ring during holiday vacation. Their products are beautiful and their attitude towards client service outshines the rest. Thank you ModGents!

Ya know I don’t believe that I have ever had the customer service experience like I have had with your company. In this day and time it is QUITE REFRESHING!! All my questions were answered very kindly, professionally and in a timely manner. I was put at ease knowing the situation had been handled properly. I am definitely referring more business to you as I am able. Thank you for taking time to help me out. Sincerely, Richard Smith 407-221-2518

I purchased a ring from Modern Gents last year. I needed to send it back for a warranty claim and they make the process so easy! I love my ring, it is beautiful and I’m so excited to get it back when they repair it! Highly recommend this company! 10/10 customer service!!

I am absolutely pleased with the quintessential of the bourbon ring I purchased for my soon to be husband, I ordered the ring late because the first one from a different company was less than par. I wanted to thank you for the quick order and delivery of one of the best quality of rings that I have ever received from an online order. Thank you for making our day special. He is very pleased with the quality of the ring and it looks good on him :)

I absolutely am in LOVE with my new ring, the Sol. The sparkle is unreal. Definitely recommend Modern Gents!

I’ve ordered three rings from Modern Gents and they are all spectacular! I ordered my latest ring with Apple Pay and forgot to adjust the shipping method before double clicking… I simply sent them an email asking if I could pay for excited shipping separately and they sent me a link to pay! Got my ring the next day… awesome! Very happy customer!

I just recently bought my fiancée a wedding set, and I’m excited to receive it. I ended up buying a men’s ring that I didn’t need. This company has made refunds easy and quick. This company’s customer service is exceptional and very fast at responding. They did not argue on a refund or try to convince me to keep the ring. They were not rude, or bitter.
