Highly recommend! I placed an order for my husband to have a backup ring for work, I had accidentally chose the wrong size and ended up sending customer service an email to see if they could change the size before shipping (honestly didn’t think they’d see my email) to my surprise I got a reply and updated my order to the correct size and shipped right after that! I got my order in 3 days (I’m in TX). Super fast shipping & beyond excellent customer service! Rings are great quality and he actually preferred to wear them over his expensive one. Thank you Modern Gents! Will definitely order again!

First let me say that customer service exceeded my expectations as well as the center stone. I ordered and hours later that I realized not only did I order the wrong setting but size .5 smaller than my finger. I email to let them know and woke up to an email the next day, explaining that they will ensure that my size and setting will be shipped. Within 3 days, my rings arrived. I never ordered a lab created stone before and am surprised at the facets and how it reflects light in morning light (no sun), sunlight and even sitting in my vehicle at 8pm at night. It just sparkles! This and the guarantee is why Immediately told me niece about the quality and submitted an order for another piece of jewelry

First the customer service was top notch! I forgot to add a coupon to my order so I reached out via email and they manually applied it and refunded me the difference in my bank account the next day! The shipping took four days to Canada! Super fast! When I opened the ring I was blown away by how beautiful it was! Great quality with tons of sparkle! Will be a reoccurring customer!

I have to say, I am more impressed than I thought I would be, and I absolutely LOVE , LOVE, LOVE my rings!! My husband and I went "window shopping" for a wedding set a few months ago and I was surprised to find the perfect set on the first try-on at the first store, but the $8K price tag was insane! We decided on silicone bands for the ceremony, with plans of upgrading in the future. I decided to look into Modern Gents. I couldn't believe that I found the $8K set, but with a much smaller price tag! The Ava and 2 Zoey's combination makes my heart happy, and my husband and bank account, too! Thank you, Modern Gents!

I have to take the time to say that my husband ordered me a ring set from Modern Gents & it was absolutely stunning! Unfortunately I had a tiny issue with the ring bending at the bottom where the stone met the band . I wrote modern gents immediately & they informed me on how to send it back & not only that but they replaced it with a whole different style , they were super quick with receiving & re processing my new order ! But it gets better , in the middle of them getting my order ready to ship I asked them If they could please change my new set from rose gold to silver & again they did just what I asked ! This has been the best return experience I’ve had in my 32 years of living & how anything I’ve asked them , they did ! Without a issue ! I can’t go on enough about this company all my life and now that I’m married I finally have a ring that fits my finger 3.5 and no one made me feel bad these people are so sweet and the rings are beyond magical
