I needed to refund a ring and they helped me and were so understanding

Modern Gents Trading Co. is exactly the type of online retailer that everyone wants to work with. Not only are their rings beautiful, but their customer service is so easy to work with. I have ordered a number of rings for myself and also recently ordered The Bourbon ring for my husband. It took a couple times for us to get the right size for him but the exchange process couldn't have been easier. Also, on one of the rings that I have had for a couple years, one of the tiny stones fell out and I reached out and to request that it be fixed or replaced and the turn around was only a couple weeks or so. They make it so easy to work with them and they are so responsive. I highly recommend them.

First time ordering from them! First off beautiful rings.. Their customer service is TOP TIER I placed 2 of the same orders because I made a mistake while checking out. They helped me no problem then I ordered the wrong ring size and had to contact them again and again it was no issue they helped fast. I wasn’t waiting days for a response at all. Shipping was absolutely crazy I ordered late Monday night I had the ring on Thursday after noon!! They also make exchanges and returns very simple. Overall my experience was amazing. Customer Service is extremely important in a business and they have an amazing team. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be a lifetime customer !!

There are so many beautiful ring options with modern gents, it makes it hard for a girl to decide 😅. I made a purchase and about an hour later convinced myself I made the wrong choice and found a different ring I loved. I contacted customer service and they were so on top of it that they immediately canceled my order, in order for me to order a different one. They were friendly, timely, and incredibly helpful!

I love Modern Gents. Not only do they have high quality alternatives to expensive diamonds, they also have amazing customer service. Exchanges are easy and the only reason I exchanged the rings I received is because I am partial to the white metals. I ordered rose to try something new, but I guess some habits die hard. Everything about Modern Gents is amazing! Their product is great quality, as a customer who has bought more than one ring over the years I can confirm and truthfully say they have only gotten better. When I receive and open my package, I get surprised at how beautiful their rings are. I get tons of compliments, but what I love the most is that their rings made me feel complete. They signify my marriage, every time I look down at my ring I think of my husband and brings me joy. Modern gents are incredible and they care about us the customers.
