So I was cruising social media and came across Modern Gents. While I was reviewing I accidentally hit buy now instead of "apply discount." I wrote to their customer service and shared my accident. They immediately refunded my purchase along with a very nice note. Having spent almost 35 years in a customer facing industry and a decade in customer service leadership for a fortune 50 company, I was overwhelmed with their attention to the customer. So I went back....reviewed their options and chose an engagement ring and band. I wasn't expecting much from an online company. But again was overwhelmed. So couple their quality of the product with their commitment to exceptional customer service...I will forever champion this company! If you are on the fence...dont hesitate. Do it.

Modern Gents has some beautiful quality , made in the USA jewelry. Ordered my fiancé ring and couldn’t be more pleased Order was delivered quickly, we were not sure of the exact ring size and it was a little small but Modern gents sent a replacement with correct size quickly .
