Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

The site is easy to use with multiple options for everyone. The rings are very beautiful. The life time warranty is the icing on the cake.

For over 2 years, I have been buying from here and they have never disappointed. The pictures on the website or app truly dont do the rings justice. Even when I'm not about to buy a ring, im looking to see what new rings there are. They are constantly releasing new designs and theyre always beautiful. Also, shipping is always very fast and I usually get my orders 2 or 3 days before it says. The jewelry is always secure and hasn't come damaged. The first time I purchased a ring, I wasnt sure what size and it took me 3 tries to get it right. But they always processed it very quickly and never gave any issues! I will always recommend Modgents to anyone.

I bought this ring for my husband about a year ago and unfortunately it broke. I was incredibly happy with the assistance I received from the team at Modern Gents. They truly came through, and I know my husband will be absolutely thrilled to have his ring back! Honestly, the customer service throughout this entire situation was outstanding. Every interaction was smooth, efficient, and exceptionally helpful – it felt like nothing was missed at any point. The team members are fantastic, and their dedication to excellent service really shines through. A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making this such a positive experience!

Can I just say that Modern Gents Trading Co. Has a customer for life in me. From the start of my new ring journey I was nervous and ensued with anxiety, however; Modern Gents turned my anguish into absolute joy. I was able to view pictures of the rings I was interested in, as well as, read excellent descriptions of them. I was able to gain the confidence needed to pick the exact rings I wanted. I have never been happier. Thank you Modern Gents Trading Co. We are family now!🌹

Excellent Old-School Customer Service. My Groom and I have purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band, as well as two pairs of earrings from Modern Gents. Every item has exceeded our expectations in quality, and most importantly their customer service is really great. So frequently now companies force you to speak to an AI chatbot or leave your email request in limbo for 72 business years, but this company is responsive and helpful right away. I returned a ring that needed a different size and the turn around time was fantastic. It's clear that this company is using the money they save on "real" diamonds to pay for a top-tier customer service team. 10/10

So we’ve only had the rings for a day B U T I cannot stop staring at it. The fit is perfect, it’s super shiny and bright and it just makes me feel so complete. My husband’s is also rather perfect and looks great on his hand which completes the whole experience. I may end up keeping this ring on forever instead of just for the interim that’s how lovely it is.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OMG!! 😍 I LOOOOOVVVVEEEEEE my ring!!! 💍💕 It’s absolutely stunning — even more beautiful in person! The quality, sparkle, and fit are all perfect. I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you, Modern Gents, for making something so gorgeous and affordable! 💖 XOXOX 💋✨

Purchased a diamond like band. Very nice, finish is beautiful and the stones look just like real diamonds. Will buy more in time. Also bought silver rings seperately also beautifully made and the fit is perfect
