Product GREAT! Service GREATER!!!
The biggest frustration with online businesses is the customer service and communication. I made a purchase and had made a mistake on Saturday night and messaged them for help. Early Sunday morning i had a response. It was a breath of fresh air. Knowing i didnt have to worry about not getting hold of a real person and having to wait days or weeks to get a response.
