As a pilot I have to move from hotel room to hotel room very frequently. This bag meets all my needs as well is easy to transition from hotel to hotel with as well as loading in and out of aircraft’s and Uber. Only thing I would love to see is the same bag in leather.

Thank you so much for your review and so happy that you are enjoying your new bag. We might intro a new bag later so keep an eye out.

The products are good, the warehouse staff not so much. Their Customer Service is great and responsive. I have ordered twice from them now and this time I received the wrong product. CS says they are going to make it right so we will see.

This is the second review request I have received for a garment bag that I still haven't received yet. It has been 14 days since I placed the order. I just checked the tracking number, and is still shows that UPS is still waiting to receive the package. So, I still have no idea when I might receive my order. I have sent two emails to the company asking what is going on with this order. I received one response, that just said, check the tracking number. Very disappointed that I have not received my order yet and still have no idea when if ever I might receive it.

Taking a look it shows that your order was place the other week and you selected 10-14 business days as your shipping option. It should arrive within the next few days

Love to give a full review if you’d send the rest of my order. Half the order is coming from somewhere in China. Cool stuff.

We are sorry that only half your order has arrived so far. It shows the other items will arrive shortly though

Upgrade the quality of material and size if the Executive bag. Nit enough outside storage.

I haven't received my order yet

It looks like your order was placed last week and expected to arrive in the next day. Please allow enough time for your order to be processed and shipped.

The product maybe great however the packaging and shipping are something that needs to be changed. I ordered my product on April 26th and did not receive it until May 16th. The product was shipped in a thin plastic bag and the product was not shipped in a bag to protect it if the bag ripped which it was.
Response from The Moderne GentlemanMay 18, 2023
Sorry to hear that shipping was slower than expected. You selected free shipping which is 10-14 business days. If your item arrived damaged please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help you.
