The bag is perfect for how I travel...

Service was overall great. Easy to navigate website and purchase. Star taken off as shipper was weird and gave a bit of a runaround on the product. Going from warehouse to processing center a state over. Then to a second processing center half way across the country then to my actual state. Then spent a week “transferred to local post office” I know it’s a third party shipper but all reviews for shipper say the same. Could pick a better vendor.

Happy with the products I’ve ordered and received so far. Had an issue with one of the zippers on the travel duffle during a recent trip. Was able to make it. Waiting on and looking forward to my preordered travel duffle with wheels.

Product fit all my needs, it was a bit confusing setting up the bag, bag did fit all my needs and was able to use as a carry on with no problems

Everything I needed

Cons: 1) The zippers are a bit on the cheap side – too small and not sturdy enough, so there is a big fear of them snapping. 2) It's hard to carry around compared to traditional check-in luggage with wheels. The bag can fit a lot of clothes and accessories, which is great, but that also means it's hard on the shoulders to carry around. Pros: 1) You can fit a TON of clothes and accessories in this bag! Not having to check a bag is priceless. It fits perfectly under an overhead bin. 2) The shoe compartment is amazing – I actually fit TWO pairs of shoes in there. 3) There are tons of pockets on the side and outside of the bag. Love that. 4) The garment bag is a nice touch, and my suit jacket and pants were relatively unwrinkled after a day of travel. My dress shirt was a bit wrinkled 5) The price is fair, and customer service is great! Overall: If the zippers were better and if there was a way for this bag to have wheels, it would be one of the best travel bags out there!
