I failed to specify the proper model and they reached out to me immediately for clarification, awesome response time!

I forgot to put custom lengths for the power supply cable so I contacted them. The customer service agent replied me less than couple minutes and I could refund my order immediately.

Awesome support!

I mistakingly ordered some custom PSU cables for a PSU I didn’t own, and realized days after I placed my order. I reached out to customer support, in hopes they’d understand and cancel & refund my order. They were happy to help and cancelled the order and refunded me immediately. Much appreciated, excellent customer service!

The price is definitly competitive, though the online payment didnt work, the staff who helped was very nice with a good response time. Would buy from again.

Recently had some trouble with an order (not the vendors fault) and they took care of me. After a reasonable set of troubleshooting/verification steps, I was given a refund without hesitation. I would recommend modDIY to anyone for the quality of their customer service. They always responded to emails almost immediately and made sure I was taken care of.

Helped me a lot

Customer service is probably one of the best I ever had. The employee who has attended me is Carrie, she has helped me quite a lot as I have had many doubts about which connector I should get for the next RTX 3000 series. She answers really fast and seems to know her stuff very well, a really good worker, I wish I could find more people like her in other companies when dealing with customer service.
