MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

If you look for customized products combined with great support, you will be happy being a modDIY customer.

I ordered a custom cable for a 3080 Founders Edition in the middle of December. The item never arrived so I emailed about 1 month later asking where the item was. They replied that they could not ship it via air, so had shipped it by ground. I was advised this could take 2 to 3 months. When ordering, they never told me that it could take up to 3 months to arrive (in fact there website states a few weeks) nor in any other email have they told me. It is now 3 months on and they are refusing to refund me or replace the item. Luckily I've paid through PayPal and will be claiming the cost back through them EDIT: MODDIY have finally refunded me, and asked me to remove this review, which I did not. They have now also flagged this review to trust pilot as fake, and I have sent the order email and Paypal conversation to Trust Pilot

Dealt with carrie and she helped me out alot she managed to get links to the products I was looking for and couldn't find via the website's search utility. Also, she was very kind and straight forward.

I ordered a full set of Custom length and color, modular cables for my Thermaltake GF1 on Feb 21st. I paid for the upgraded shipping and received them today March 8th. That is 2 weeks which is INSANE for custom cables! Most competitors advertise 6-8 weeks ESTIMATED. modDIY has gone above and beyond and I will be purchasing my cables from here. Thanks so much!

The help chat was, well...very helpful actually, they gave me all the info I needed in order to know how to make an order, and I'm ready to order my first kit from them, judging for the help chat alone I think I won't be disappointed with the kit once it arrives.

I've ordered from modDIY twice already and recommended them to friends who were also looking for custom sleeved PSU cables built to order for amazing prices. The sleeved cables look great and professionally done. I got a custom sleeved cable set for a Corsair SF600 and a custom sleeved cable set for a Cooler Master V850 SFX. As I was building out ITX systems, I requested specific length cables so they could be routed properly and have a much neater look compared to the stock flat cables. The Cooler Master set of cables came with the incorrect colors so I reached out to their support and spoke to Carrie. Carrie was great and they remade them. The only two things that I would have liked are more color options thicker gauge sleeving for a more robust look. For the price, you can't go wrong though compared to other options so I would highly recommend modDIY if you're looking for cost effective cables to glam up your computer and customer support responds quickly. One thing of note is that they are coming from Hong Kong so be patient.

Very professional and helped me out.

Ordered a cable that was in stock in mid-november 2020. The package arrived in my country November 30th, but never moved past the import stage, and was most likely returned to sender. I spoke to modDIY multiple times, and it took them until January 11th to enquire with their shipping contractor about the package. As of now, there has been no change, and they don't acknowledge that the shipping has failed. At this point, I have asked them to send a new package twice because the original product is not on its way, and for my money back. UPDATE After talking to modDIY, my order has been refunded.
