I ordered the wrong cable and while I realize that now, the website's product detail page was confusing in listing which PSU's and RTX 30 series the cable I chose supported. Regardless of that, the representative Carrie was SUPER quick to respond and also figured out the issue almost immediately. Then she worked swiftly to get my replacement free of charge, even with a color change on top, all without making me pay even though I offered. Customer service goes a long way in my opinion so I will surely be recommending this business more and also looking to customize more cables in the future!
