I ordered a cable for my graphics card on their site. The product page clearly stated it was compatible with my series of graphics card. However after ordering i inspected the corresponding connector on my graphics card one more time and realized that it wasn't compatible because there are two different kinds of connectors this series of card can have and their cable is only compatible with one of them. Of course there is no disclaimer on their product page about this. Anyways, just a few minutes after i ordered i tried reaching them via live chat and email to cancel the order. The person doing the live chat support magically went offline right after i asked them to cancel my order and i didnt receive an email until after the package was shipped 24 hours later, basically telling me: "Tough luck. Your package has already been shipped."
