I originally placed my order with a coupon code, and must have done something to accidentally remove it before checking out. I did not catch the mistake until after I received my order confirmation email. After contacting customer service, Carrie issued me a refund for the discount percentage to my payment method, without conflict.

Carrie went above and beyond to verify that I got the correct adapter for my new RTX 4080 Founders Edition graphics card. ordered a cable for my graphics card. description said it was compatible and it wasn't. Can't get a response to initiate refund or return. Tried the chat and support email and no response Update! So after a few days support from modDIY did reach out and they offered to send me a cable that was direct to my power supply it works fantastically and looks great!! If you run into issues with these guys do not hesitate to contact support although it may take abit to get a response when you do, you can bet your issues will be resolved

ModDIY claimed my intial review on trust pilot was not based on a genuine experience. Unfortunately, the email I received from trust pilot somehow ended up in my spam folder and I didn't see it until the last day. I sent the required information to Trust Pilot to prove that my experience was genuine and hopefully it goes through. If not, here is my review and don't worry modDIY, this time, I'll be ready to make sure my review sticks on this website, unlike your website, where you only select the good reviews to show. Anyways, the original review is as follows: This company is very selective of what reviews they show on their website. I had placed an order for a 90 degree adaptor cable for the new Nvidia 40 series GPU on 1/16/2023. I had left a bad review for them on their website for sending me the wrong product and for poor follow-up service. Please note, that I did not leave a bad review until after their poor response and service... I was using their chat to contact them and they had initially responded, seeming to express concern. However, when I had informed them that they had sent me the unsleeved cable instead of the sleeved cable, they immediately stopped messaging me back and for 2 days, and every time I messaged them, I kept getting message prompt: "We are very sorry, but all our agents are engaged right now. Would you please leave your question and email address here and we'll get back to you shortly." I had asked them if they would just send me the sleeve, as they had sent me the un-sleeved one, and I still had no reply. At this point, on Friday, 1/20/2023, I decided to leave a bad review on their website for their poor service. I still do not see my review on their website. This means that they are selecting reviews that only make them look good, and I find it highly unprofessional, that they would choose to contact me back to ask me to "take a picture," only after I had decided to leave a bad review. Bad practices and bad company. I do not recommend them.

Massive thank you to Carrie in customer service who gave excellent and very knowledgeable pre-sales advice via online chat and also got my order fast tracked! I ordered a 12VHPWR cable for my Asus ROG Thor on 26.01.23. I paid a little extra to get it shipped via airmail so it would arrive when i needed it to. Website said in stock usually ships in 24 hours but i hadn't taken into account Lunar New Year Holiday arrangements. I was a bit annoyed as i thought the cable would be late, but chased through Carrie who got it despatched ASAP AND UPGRADED SHIPPING FOR FREE so it wouldn't arrive late - thank you i couldn't be more grateful. Will update review further once cable is in use. Update: cable is very well made, compact and of high quality. Connectors are very well made and ribbon cable is easy to route and manage and accommodates the dreaded "cable bend" much more easily than the nvidia adaptor would have done. Been powering my MSI 4090 Suprim X for just over 2 weeks and zero issues so far
