I ordered two shirts on May 5th 2023 as a pre-birthday present for myself - I noticed after a few weeks I hadn't had any email updates. I was worried and reached out to Rae, as I had seen that they were working on rebranding their store to hold original designs and that was the hold up. They were extremely quick to respond and kind enough to offer multiple forms of help (replacement, exchange or flat refund). I will update with a more thorough review once I receive my items. 23/05/2023

It arrived on March but as the season has already changed, I couldn't wear the sweater... However the support from Rae after I wrote the review here was quick and kind. Thanks for coping with quickly -------------- I ordered on 21.Dec but is still not arrived. Sending many emails from ContactUs but no response. Just disappointing. Because it seems like business owner Rae is watching the reviews here, Please process the ORDER #7606 ASAP. Also you should check on if your email address (mochipanofficial@) is correctly working as some customers here sending emails to you but heard no response.

I purchased 2 products from their store in January and only just recieved it in March. I tried to contact them through email several times a month after my purchase about whether or not there were issues with shipping but there was no response. A while after I decided to contact their Instagram page by commenting on their post as I noticed other people do the same. After I did, the admin replied asking me to send a DM but even after that I still got no response at all in the end. I ended up recieving the products but was slightly disappointed with the state they were in. There were many visable sratches on the surface and the quality felt cheaper than I thought it would, especially for the price. Although it was a cute product regardless, I feel let down with the amount of money I spent on it and how long it took to arrive since I bought an item for my friend's birthday. It was pretty disappointing overall but on the bright side the items did end up arriving and they were really cute, just a slight letdown with the quality but other than that, it wasn't too bad. Edit: I didn't realise there were issues with shipping because I never received any emails about it so it probably got lost along the way but I completely understand :) I'll bump the review up to a 4 star since a lot of the issues were caused by misunderstandings and problems you couldn't control :)

Ordered the strawberry robe as a gift for my daughter. The robe is perfect with the exception of one button falling off the first time she wore it, but sewed it back on. I know the owner had a ton of orders for her item and had some problems. She has stayed in touch with updates about the delays and has been most cooperative in keeping the customers informed. She has also offered a healthy discount on future purchases as a means to make amends. I appreciate her professionalism and care for her customers. Despite the delay in receiving the robe, I would gladly order from this company again.

After I got an email confirming my purchase on one t-shirt it took Mochipan a month to send out my order. After that shipping tracking showed my order staying in Chine for almost a month. At that point I sent a message asking what's going on with my shipment and they answered really fast. After all I had to wait for my order around 2 and a half months from the point of purchasing it. The product itself is just as described and alright quality, not what I would get from other stores for 20€ but good enough that I would pay that amount again for a pretty shirt of the same quality. Very happy with what I got. If you have the patience to wait a little while, I would recommend Mochipan! This is already said on the site but really remember to double check sizing! All my clothes are XS-XXS but the t-shirt I ordered from Mochipan is L and it's just my size.

easy to go through shop, purchased their strawberry blouse recently and i love it to piece! good quality fabric, no silk screen crumble away print, light and breathable, good sewing, well worth the purchase at this time! I ordered a few more shirts from them and im excited to expand my wardrobe with more cute shirts that fit my body type while still having extra breathing room!

I am changing my review. We finally received all our items and we love them. They are quality pieces and super cute. Mochipan was willing to work with us and even refunded some of our money because of the delays. That says a lot about a company and I appreciate the attention that was given to us. We will certainly being keeping an eye on this one and looking for other cute items to order. Make sure that you are willing to wait for your items but it is worth it!
