To be honest, I wasn't very keen when my daughter told me she wanted to order clothes from Mochipan. But I was really surprised by the quality of the clothes, and the very reasonable delay. We have even placed a second order!

The items were really good quality. I was surprised! One of my skirts arrived with a few issues but they were very kind and attentive and fixed the issue quickly by sending me a new one. Shipping takes a bit but the customer service and quality are great. I recommend.

Really high quality stuff and reliable customer service. They sent me a few small gifts due to some delays. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service and great communication! I got my order confirmation immediately after my purchase. The store owner contacted me shortly after letting me know if I have any questions or concerns to reach out to them, which I don’t often have store owners email me with such reassurance, so I’m very satisfied :)
