MochipanReviews of mochipan.com

Customer service is amazing. I didn't really know for sure what I was supporting when I first purchased, but seems like the person behind the product is very passionate and genuine. Because of the amount of orders placed there was a delay in receiving the product, but it was well worth the wait. I love my robe so much, so cozy and well made. I bought it for a photoshoot which I have yet to do🤣 just enjoying the robe in the meantime!

Ordered the strawberry robe. There was a delay in the order due to the mass amounts of orders they got from the robe going viral, but they were always very kind and on top of providing updates. I never once needed to contact them, they always notified me first. I have had the robe for several months now and I absolutely love it. It is soft, cozy, well made. No issues with switching or buttons. It is the ultimate robe to wear around the house.

Clothes arrived and are just as I'd hoped! The customer service was amazing and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would 100% recommend buying from here!

Mochipan is great! My strawberry robe did arrive and was beautifully made! I am from Grand Rapids Michigan and the service to get the robe to me was excellent. The robe is very soft and comfortable and of course very cute :) 🥰 I highly recommend buying from mochipan.

I ordered this robe on September 10th and it was shipped on September 20th. I received the package on October 11th and was able to track it the entire time even with standard shipping. The strawberry robe is very nice quality with some additions/changes made by the company to improve on the design. I was very satisfied with the overall process of the purchase as I did reach out to customer service with a question and received a response within 24 hours or so. I'd recommend this company to others rather than ali/wish because of the quality, transparency and the fact that they accept PayPal as well.

i made a big order on july 29th, it was my first online order so i was scared, it took a while to arrive (almost 2 months) but trust me, it is SO worth it! the quality of the cardigans, sweaters and pants is so good and firm (in a good way, of course), their email replies usually takes 2 hours or 4, the tracking wasn't available but it came in good conditions anyways. i even got a item refunded (it was a 42cm tigger skirt, out of stock but they even asked to change it to the same one but in 39cm) with no problem, definitely will buy again from this store. they also sent some little gifts for the late arrival! thank you sooo much mochipan ilyy

I love my Strawberry robe! It’s so soft and the size is perfect for me! Customer service was super nice, and they replied quickly to all of my questions.

Very communicative and friendly customer support. Their product was worth the waitlist and time it took to receive.
