They’re exaggerating their success, and they don’t honor their refund policy.
This is a stock picking service, not a landscaper. This should be fixed. Anyway, the bottom line is that their picks are not that good and they are not honoring their refund policy. Steer clear. I gave these guys a try, wanting to see if there was any substance to their claims of big gains. Once I joined, I entered some of their portfolios into a spreadsheet to analyze them and found that they were losing money. After a little more analysis of some of their other picks, including their “pick of the year” (big-time loser!), I decided the service wasn’t for me. So I put in a cancellation request within the 30 day period. Things looked fine when they sent me a cancellation acknowledgement, and said they would refund my membership fees immediately. I waited a week, and the refund never showed up. So I contacted them, and they claimed the refund had gone through, and just hadn’t posted at my end. I contacted my credit card company and they said there were no outstanding credits to my account that hadn’t posted. I contacted them yet again, and they basically washed their hands of it saying there was nothing they could do. It was obvious they never planned on actually issuing a refund. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. They ruled in my favor and refunded the money. I would have never received the refund otherwise. My advice? Stay away from this company. They’re exaggerating their success and they’re not honoring their refund policy.
