I spent weeks reading about scooters and having multiple phone calls with Mobility Scooters Direct. I watched a lot of videos as well. I found the people knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy. My choice was based on the brand's reputation and also that I can physically load it into my car. I do find that the assembly is not quite as easy as it appears in the video.
