I purchased a Roamlink data plan from them after they announced BYOD support. I wasn't sure how to activate my phone on their network, so I asked a question on their support portal. The response was quick, and gave me a website to go to activate. I was up and running in minutes. Their service supports multiple carriers on a single eSIM with automatic roaming from one carrier to another if the signal drops. This is fantastic for when you're on the move. I have never owned an RV and have no plans to ever buy an RV, so I wish their marketing would be more about mobile connectivity than RV to get more people into it. This is extremely useful for anyone who goes around a region to different locations with different dominant carriers, which happens to me all the time. Much better than competitors where you have to switch eSIM multiple times per day to find the one with good signal strength.

In July 2023 I purchased a Peplink MAX BR1 MINI Mobile Router with a Parsec Doberman 5-in-1 Antenna. It appears very techie and confusing, but the live support and provided videos make setup very doable. The 'start-up' antennas they provide worked so well, I left them installed for several months and didn't go thru the hassle of running cables to install the roof antenna. In Feb 2024, with a trip to Big Bend NP coming up, I tried to install the antenna on the roof. The five factory connected 7' cables were ~24" too short for the configuration of my Newmar. I checked the MMH website and even thou they are only open M-F, I started a chat session on a Saturday afternoon "Hello - it's Saturday, anyone there?" and Sierra was in the office and answered my chat. Then took my request to management on Monday. MMH has agreed to let me swap my 7' version for a 15' version even thou I had my unit for ~7 months. Saturday service and 7 month return = 5 Stars in my book.
