I sent a not so good review previously, but after I left a negative review I was contacted by mobile max audio and was offered a refund. I still believe for the price of the harness it should have been of better quality. I don’t buy foreign products or try not I would have expected a bad product from China but not the USA please make better products that don’t come apart and doesn’t feel cheap for almost 200 dollars nobody ask me for photos the harness is ultimately a cheap product with Chinese made parts also all I received was a munch of wires with a couple cheap plastic plug ins

During your review, you stated that the harness came apart as you plugged it in. Without evidence, how can we know this wasn’t an installer error? We asked for photos of where the harness broke but never received any. We also offered to replace the harness for free, but you declined, saying your dad, a mechanic, would fix it. Most customers accept replacements, but we didn’t argue; we are here to help. Despite the lack of proof, we issued a full refund because we want customers to feel confident in our product and service. Please carefully read what we’ve stated and do not attribute to us claims we did not make. We never said you were a bad installer or that your dad is not a good mechanic. The Acura TL audio system is complex, and installation can be challenging. It’s possible that, during installation, something was unintentionally pulled or damaged—this has happened to us before when rushing. Regarding the harness quality, many other customers rate this product highly. If you changed your review from 1 to 5 stars, it wouldn’t significantly impact our overall rating because of the consistently positive feedback we’ve received. The harness is made with proper specification wires for its terminals and connectors. While some wires may appear thin, they are the correct size for the application. We stand by the quality of our products, as do the majority of our customers. Second, your complaint about cost needs clarification. You didn’t pay $200 for just a harness. The kit you purchased included the AXSWC Interface ($65), the Acura TL Dash Kit ($25), and the wiring harness ($69.99). You also purchased a parking bypass for $9.99, which was wired into the harness, plus $9.99 for shipping, bringing your total to $179.97. Our harness eliminates the need for wire tapping or cutting. It is plug-and-play, retaining steering wheel controls, factory navigation, and the factory subwoofer. No one else offers a comparable product that works as well as ours. Reviews on this page validate this. I apologize if you feel differently, but the package offers significant value. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I respect yours.
