Oscar, this is a very deceitful review. We take pride in our customer service and helping customers. The truth behind this review is that Oscar bought a subwoofer and amplifier from us but was not happy with the end result so he wanted to return used installed items. Then when we refused he looked for a platform to leave a bad review. To others reading this review, this review is regarding the five channel amplifier designed for the 2009 to 2013 Honda Accord. It is made by MB Quart and we create a custom harness and tune the amp so all you have to do is plug it in and enjoy. We create the harness in house and we do the crimping, soldering and zip-tying. Oscar originally reached out because when he went to install the amplifier the volume would fade from speaker to speaker. He sent us a video showing the problem. He had identified the harness that was causing the problem. The 28 pin connector in our harness. We offered him another harness in case the pins were bent or something else was wrong. We asked that before we sent a replacement that he send pictures of the pins so we could see if they were bent. In the pictures he provided no pins were bent. Some were crooked but none were bent to the point that they would not go into the other side of the connector. We informed Oscar to massage the connectors together until he heard a click and that should take care of the issue. We never heard back from Oscar if this fixed the issue or if he needed a new harness. We assumed Oscar fixed the issue because he then in his own words said "yeah doesn't work". We asked "what do you mean it doesn't turn on? " to which he replied "my factory amp does the same thing" , "it sounds the same". We informed him that this amp isn't advertised as a crazy loud amp. But that people do notice a difference specially with the bass. He then admitted to playing around with the gains but not getting the result he wanted. So at this point we assumed he must have fixed the issue to be able to test that amp and adjust what he wanted. We don't take returns on used items specially after you mess with the amplifier gains. If he was trying to achieve a certain volume who knows what kind of damage he could have done to the amplifier that is not visible. After this he wanted to return the amplifier to us. It is clearly a used amplifier at this point. We don't accept returns on used items. Even "if you just plugged it in once to test it". It is considered used the next person will not pay full price for something that "was just plugged in by a stranger for a few minutes". Oscar, we are still willing to work with you to help you get the amplifier working the right way if it's not working correctly. To others reading this review, we will always help our customers but we don't accept returns on used items. We are a small company and every dollar counts so we can't accept all returns like an amazon can.
