This is a glimpse into the person Andrew is "I'll take a refund please. Thanks for the advice but I just need a radio that works, not excuses". This is after an advisor had told him the harness would not work with his radio. Also he ordered a pioneer harness for a Sony radio and was unhappy that it did not work. You can't please everyone and we will happily admit when we mess something up but this one wasn't on us, either way we refunded Andrew and he got to keep the harness.
