Well at first I had received the wrong part so it didn’t start so well but what made the five star was the customer service that not only corrected the issue but made absolutely certain it was what I needed. I manage a metal fabrication /heavy equipment shop, a heavy equipment sales yard and the maintenance of a inert landfill with around 40 pieces of equipment just at the landfill so I know what it takes to be busy and to slow down for a customer, I just hope I have and will do as well as you guys have done, THANKS!

MMarine was excellent to do business with. Although the product I ordered was delayed by several months due to manufacturing delays, Mark constantly gave me updates and offered other options (even offering to cancel the order and refund the money). Eventually the refrigerator showed up but was damaged by the carrier. I emailed MMarine in the evening (about 6pm Pacific time) and got a phone call within 15 minutes from their 24 hour customer care center. Amazing. Within 3 days, a new door for the fridge was shipped to replaced the damaged one. These guys are awesome.

Your service was great. However I paid 45 dollars to over night my part for a customer. The part didn’t show up till 1:00 the following day delaying the customers trip. Could have saved money going 2 day. My recommendation is requesting that they don’t ever use USPS for over night.
