What can I say.. except. Great Customer service. Placed my order and somehow got ordered twice. They personally called me to check before billing me the 2nd time for the parts I ordered. This is the 2nd time using them and both times had a great experience

Credit cards are mandatory. ACH is good but wire transfers I will never do with an online company I never heard of before.

Upon your initial phone call to us you expressed that you were not yet familiar with MMarine Online. We understand that making a purchase from a new company can raise concerns, so without hesitation we were happy to provide the assurances you needed to feel comfortable to proceed forward with your order. This included a link to our verified customer reviews page via Trustpilot in addition to our authorized dealer verification letter from Kohler to help satisfy any doubts or concerns you may have had.
Furthermore, we also provided you with several different payment options for your convenience. We understand that you initially chose to pay via ACH transfer to optimize your savings. As your order was submitted on a weekend, your order was processed on the first business day thereafter. Once receipt of payment was confirmed, your generator was scheduled to be picked up by the freight company the following business day. In the interim we received notification that a chargeback had been initiated on your end, while you have expressed your denial, it’s essential that we maintain transparency and accuracy when addressing such issues to ensure fairness and trust within our community.
After we contacted you regarding the chargeback, you then requested our wire details to complete your purchase, thereafter we didn’t receive any further correspondence from you aside from a request to cancel your order without reason.
